He assured that Ukraine is preparing very seriously for the start of the counteroffensive. Furthermore, he affirmed that all Ukrainians are highly motivated.
“I cannot answer you [when the counteroffensive will begin]. But you will definitely see it, and Russia will definitely feel it. We believe in victory and believe that the first important steps will be taken soon,” the president added. He also emphasized that his statement regarding the specific place and time of the counteroffensive “will not help Ukraine, but will hinder.”
