White House spokesperson Karin Jean-Pierre said that the United States does not give importance to statements from Russia, commenting on the dictator Vladimir Putin’s remarks about the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the offensive.
She announced this during a briefing.
According to her, only Ukraine can provide detailed information about the military operations on its territory.
“As for the comments made by Putin. As you know, we do not give importance to Russia’s assessment,” Jean-Pierre said.
During a meeting with Russian military propagandists who justify Moscow’s genocidal war against Ukraine, Putin claimed that during the offensive, Ukraine had allegedly already “lost 25-30%” of its Western weaponry. This fake claim was immediately debunked.
On June 10, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that counteroffensive defensive actions were ongoing, but he refused to provide details about the stage of the operation. According to him, all defense commanders are “positively oriented.
