“There is an order to put the entire staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard on high alert and strengthen posts along the borders with the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) and Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). However, there is no unrest. It’s just a precautionary measure”.
