The Ukrainian Defence Forces destroyed two military arsenals of the Russian Armed Forces on the night of 21 September. This was stated by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In addition, the Security Service of Ukraine struck the 23rd arsenal of the Main Artillery Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defence near the village of Oktyabrsky, Tver region.
Fire and detonation were recorded in the vicinity of both military arsenals.
The tasks were successfully completed in cooperation with the Defence Forces: The Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and others.

According to local media, on September 21, Ukrainian UAVs “struck a secret facility” where missiles might be stored, which could “obliterate everything within tens of kilometers” if detonated.
