Kirill Budanov, the head of Ukrainian intelligence, stated that Russia is on the verge of a civil war. He made this announcement in an interview with The Times.
According to him, Russian society is currently divided into two parts.
“The situation confirms what our service has been saying: Russia is on the verge of a civil war,” said Budanov.
He pointed out that Russia needs a “minor domestic affair” that would intensify the internal conflict within the occupying country.
