Ukrainian military officials have stated that Russian occupation forces “continue to kill each other on the battlefield” by detonating their own mines. This was reported in the evening briefing of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to Ukrainian military sources, in the village of Sergiivka in the Kherson Oblast, after the latest rotation on positions from June 15 until the present time, in one of the units of the Russian Eastern Military District’s army, approximately 10 Russians were killed by mines that were installed by their predecessors.
Also, the General Staff reported that the occupiers continue to engage in looting and use civilian medical infrastructure to provide assistance to their wounded. For instance, in Novopskov, Luhansk Oblast, the Russians loaded furniture from a maternity hospital onto military vehicles and transported it in an unknown direction, while the territory of the maternity hospital itself is being converted by the invaders into a field hospital.
