Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, stated that Ukraine sees a threat from the Wagner Group terrorists in Belarus and closely monitors the situation in the republic. He published this message on Twitter.
According to him, the issue of Wagner Group mercenaries is still on the agenda.
“Ukraine carefully studies and analyzes the entire range of security issues, including changes in the movement of Russian troops and equipment in the territory of Belarus and other adjacent territories to Ukraine,” wrote Danilov.
At the same time, the head of Ukrainian intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, assured in an interview with War Zone that the presence of Wagnerists in Belarus will not be a problem for Ukraine, as, according to him, there is a hub for Africa located there.
