The founder of the organization Gulagu.net, Volodymyr Osiechkin, stated that the PMC ‘Wagner’ was involved in the cruel murder of a Ukrainian prisoner of war, whose video recording spread on the internet.

According to Osetchkin, he contacted former fighter of the Wagner PMC, Andriy Medvedev, who escaped to Norway, and recognized his comrades in the video footage.
In Osetchkin’s own words: “We got in touch with Andriy Medvedev, former commander of the first division of the 4th platoon of the 7th Assault Company of the Wagner PMC, who is now in a deportation prison in Sweden. In Sweden, there is access to mobile communication and computers for those being held there. They sent this video. He watched it several times and he definitely recognizes his colleagues – Wagner PMC fighters by their distinctive call signs, the way they speak, the fact that they voice over the radios, and other moments.
Details: He also announced a reward of three thousand euros for any information about the people in the video to identify the killer and the person filming this execution.
They also plan to increase the amount through donations to identify the killers and hold them accountable.
Osechkin reminded that similar brutal murders had already been committed by Wagner PMC fighters – there are videos on the internet showing Wagnerites killing a captive with a sledgehammer in Syria, as well as videos of them dismembering a body.
