To replenish losses in the war in Ukraine, Russia plans to expedite the graduation of cadets from higher military educational institutions.
This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in their summary.The Russian aggressors continue to suffer significant losses.
To replenish their forces, the leadership of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation has made a decision to conduct early graduations on April 29th of this year from the higher military educational institutions in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kostroma, Penza, Omsk, Tyumen, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Vol’sk, and Blagoveshchensk,” according to the statement.
As noted by the General Staff, the releases from higher educational institutions that train specialists for the missile forces of strategic purpose, aerospace forces, and naval forces of the Russian Federation will be carried out according to the previously scheduled timelines.
